Founded in Brisbane in 2017 by industry veteran Amanda Bulow, AWIC is a national, not-for-profit association empowering women across Australia’s construction sector. Born from a small networking breakfast, it has grown into a vibrant community that combats professional isolation, advocates for gender equity, and amplifies women’s voices in the industry.
