Construction Pathways, delivered by Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ), is a dynamic program designed to build the future-ready construction workforce across Queensland. It offers school students and emerging adults hands-on experiences, like workshops, site visits, VR simulations, and industry talks to spark interest and develop skills in the more than 70 careers the construction industry offers including surveying.

Backed by CSQ’s broader mission to support upskilling and workforce growth, Construction Pathways actively connects learning with real-world industry needs, empowering participants to explore careers, gain confidence, and prepare for apprenticeships, training programs, or further study in construction .
