Curtin University offers Western Australia’s only comprehensive Bachelor of Surveying (Honours), a four‑year program accredited by the WA Land Surveyors Licensing Board and CRSBANZ.
Students gain expertise in cadastral, engineering, hydrographic, mine and geodetic surveying—using GNSS, total stations, laser scanning, drones, GIS, CAD, remote sensing, and airborne/marine navigation.
Curtin also offers a Surveying & Spatial Sciences specialisation as part of various bachelor degrees (e.g., engineering, science, business), allowing students to apply spatial technology and data analysis in their chosen field.
With at least three months of industry placement, strong research backing, and modern facilities, Curtin’s programs prepare graduates for licensure and careers in land development, infrastructure, mining, environmental monitoring, and geospatial science .
